Our Annual Scholarship Banquet is a cornerstone of the MLK weekend, celebrating the academic achievements of local graduates. The Parade Line-Up Time is: 8:00 AM
Walkers Only Line Up:
Friendship Missionary Baptist Church - 4545 30th Ave
Vehicles Line Up:
Gifford Health Center - 4875 28th Court
**Please note that the streets for WALKERS and FLOATS off 45TH ST will be blocked promptly after 9:15 AM prior to the start of the Parade for our safety. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!
**The Parade Starts promptly at: 10:00 AM
***The Line Up Locations are separated for Walkers and the Floats for safety reasons. Walkers will not be permitted to walk alongside floats. Contact our Parade coordinator for further information or concerns. Also, No Throwing of Candy or Objects into the audience or the street from floats. Dancing groups that are permitted to perform in the parade will be lined up at the END.
