Get to know the dedicated volunteers behind The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Committee of Indian River County, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to serving the Vero Beach community through scholarships and memorable MLK Day events.

 

Behind the scenes we have volunteers who each bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm to our organization.  We are open to new members joining the committee as well. 

 

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Committee of Indian River County makes a tangible impact by coordinating the annual MLK Day Parade, fostering community engagement through a day of service, and awarding vital scholarship funds to deserving high school graduates in Vero Beach, Florida.

A Scholarship Success Story
